The hotel was clean and the location was magnificent and brilliant fine in walking distance to the amusements. There was Lilo Charcoal nearby to grab something to eat. I enjoyed practical rooms in clean shower and welcoming and amazing staff.

The staff at the New Central were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit shabby and in need of an update. The communal areas of the hotel looked a bit grubby but our room was clean but basic. For £25 per night you are not going to get the Ritz, and considering it was including breakfast it's not a bad deal. Just a note, I was invited to go through the kitchen to move our car as we were parked in front of somebody else and the kitchens looked well fitted and clean. I thought it was good to mention this as it's not an area most guests would get to see.
Just a good lick of paint and a deep clean in the communal areas would help to improve the first impression of this hotel

The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were newly refurbished, beds were crispy and the staffs were good and had a helping mentality. They have a free parking facility as well, it saved my money.Rooms were small but clean with towels and one extra blanket as well.
It was so noisy in the hotel in afternoon. Somebody was shouting and fighting (I think it was a party ) and I just wanted to escape from there as we had 2 kids also with us. I think somebody complaint about that and afterwards it was ok. The tv is so small and only had 5 free channels in it.In one of of room tv wasn't even working. And the worse thing is ,the lifts were not working and my room was on 3rd floor. You can imagine how horrible it is.
